Harman pellet stove status light stays on.
Since owning it I have burned about a ton of pellets and it was perfectly fine. Just last week it stopped feeding and we started to receive the 3 blink status. the steps I have taken so far with no resolution are: Cleaned the Stove from top to bottom, including the ESP Probe, Exhaust Pipe, Feeder, Burn Pot, etc.
A six blink status may be set if the stove is allowed to run out of pellets. To reset, turn mode selector to “OFF” then back on to the desired mode. At that time, the stove would only run on Low Stove temp mode. When I ran it above 9 Oclock on Stove temp or on 70 degree room temp mode, the auger would stop feeding even though the feed light would be on.When you switch to a different brand or batch of pellets you may have to adjust the feed rate setting a little bit one way or the other. Unburned pellets going into the ash pan are a waste of energy. Conversely, having your feed rate set too low can also cause more pellets being consumed. Pellergy PB-1525.
